Module 2: Navigating EdTech Connect NC

Introduction 

Now that you’ve gotten a sense of why this work matters for teachers, this module will give you a chance to deeply engage with the EdTech Connect NC site and understand how North Carolina’s teachers can best utilize the functions to support ISTE integration in their instructional practice.  

Learning Objectives 

Learners will be able to:  

• Explain the site’s features and how they support ISTE integration;  
• Share a site resource that supports their own classroom instruction;  
• Provide insight on if EdTech Connect NC provides enough resources to support ISTE integration 

Module 1 Activities 

• 2.1 – Explore the EdTech Connect site and add a resource to Google Spreadsheets 
• 2.2 – Learn about the site’s features 
• 2.3 – Find a resource and share how it could be used in your work in the same Google  Spreadsheet 
• 2.4 – Complete a Flipgrid post reflecting on if/how this site supports ISTE integration
